Martin Klimas- High-speed Photography

German artist Martin Klimas splatters paint over a speaker, turns the volume up and captures the paint dancing on from the vibration. The resulting images are the artist’s attempt to answer the question "What Does Music Look like?". The outcome reminds me of Jack Long's high speed liquid flowers.

Other photographic experimentations include silk scarves from the 50's through the 90's are captured as they flutter to the ground..

and flower vases are shot by steel balls and captured at the moment of their destruction.
